Why Can I Not Lose Any Weight

In my Twitter search today I looked at what people want when they seeking weight loss, and found out that most of you guys out there just do not know what is good and not good to eat.
We all need in our daily food intake 3 types of foods to keep our metabolism high and our system burning fat and calories. The 3 types of foods must contain: Carbohydrates, Protein and healthy fat.

So basically when we eat we want to have a balanced meal that is composed of these 3 micro ingredients in order for our body to function properly. You see a body that store fat does not function properly, it does not burn fat and calorie and instead it stores fat so you get fatter and fatter. But there is a way to eat tasty fatty foods and still burn fat and calorioes, and I am going to give you here 7 tasty foods you can eat and still burn fat and calories.

  1. Butter. Look, butter is tastier than margarine, it is made of natural ingredients that are good for you where as margarine is made of processed stuff that will elicit free radicals in your body and it is great to cook with because it is not very reactive to heat thus not producing free radicals. I no longer buy margarine.
  2. Olive oil. Do you like olive oil? I know a few people that drink a glass of olive oil first thing in the morning. Olives are such a great thing to have in your diet, they contain so many types of antioxidants it is not funny. Olive oil has also a great taste and if you mix it with fresh vegetables in your salad it adds so much to it that you will go for seconds. Olive oil is also very good to cook with because of the same qualities butter has.
  3. Coconuts. Coconut milk, coconut fat, coconut oil, you name it it is great for you. It is also tastes good, coconuts have lots of healthy fat that is required in our diet. You can cook in coconut oil and milk with no fear, it will just add great taste to you food.
  4. Bitter sweet chocolate. And I mean bitter sweet OK? Do not buy normal chocolate because it has loads of sugar in it where as bitter sweet chocolate has more cocoa mass than sugar. The taste is great even though it maybe a bit bitter in the beginning – you will get used to it and love it. I love having a square of bitter sweet chocolate in my mouth when I drink my green tea. Always look for a bitter sweet chocolate that has a minimum of 70% cocoa mass. Cocoa is a plant that has lots of antioxidants so that is another plus.
  5. Nuts. All nuts are a great source of healthy fat and have lots of antioxidants in them. I love mixing some pecans for instance with my organic yogurt and some berries and raisins.
  6. Milk fat. OK, this is important! The milk you buy at the store is heated, it is pasteurized. Why this is bad practice? because it destroys enzymes, diminishes vitamin content, denatures fragile milk proteins, destroys vitamin B12, and vitamin B6, kills beneficial bacteria, and promotes pathogens. Always look for raw milk. In New Zealand all milk sold in stores HAVE to be pasteurized by law. So if you want raw milk make contact with a dairy farmer and ask to buy a share of a cow  and get you raw milk from them, I am not joking, I have heard people doing it and the farmer is happy to do that. Why not being healthy.
  7. Combine all six foods above in your daily diet. You will see some incredible results. Make sure, of course to have in your meal, except for a portion of healthy fat, a portion of protein and a portion of carbs so that you get a balanced wholesome meal.
