There are many programs out there promising you to lose weight within days, but listen here wacco. IT IS NOT REALISTIC. OK? do not fall for these promises, be patient, exercise start eat right, and I mean eating what you love but in the right quantities and the right times of the day. I recently subscribed to Mike Geary’s Truth about Abs newsletter and I want to share with you 5 cool methods that will get you on the right track to lose weight sensibly within two to three weeks.

  1. Make sure you eat a balanced meal. A balanced meal means something that contains healthy fat, carbs and protein. So for breakfast you could have a couple of eggs, one organic sausage, fresh or frozen (after you thawed them) organic vegetables, and a piece of fruit for dessert. The healthy fat comes from the sausage, the protein wil be in the eggs and the sausage and the carbs from the veggies and the piece of fruit. There you have a nice balanced meal with all the micronutrients that will turn your body into a fat and calorie burning machine baby.
  2. Do your exercises based on burst of excursion. Steady pace exercises are dangerous for the body. Sprints or any exercise based on a burst of excursion, followed by a recovery will more likely benefit your body in the long run. It is better for you because it produces all sorts of hormones that burn fat and calorie in your body, and create antioxidants and anti inflammatory stuff inside your body. Steady pace exercises will cause exactly the opposite.
  3. Do not stress. Stress is a known factor for encouraging the body to store fat. I will not go into the physics of it here but stress creates inside your body free radicals and other harmful activities that eventuate in fat storage. When you come across a stressful situation – a good practice to avoid it is to shrug, as if you do not understand what the heck is the problem here and just keep going. This way you do not take the stress on your self and leave it behind. Try it, it is a great exercise, and the more you do it the better you are at it.
  4. Eat Organic Food. I am not joking. I know you had enough of hearing about organic food, but really – it is proven to be better for you. Non organic food contain all sorts of harmful chemicals that also encourage the body to store fat. Organic food is more clean and contain more nutrition.
  5. Combine all the above. If you apply a combination of all this, you will start see results within two to three weeks and you will thank me. But keep at it, do not give up because only those who keep going win, and those who quit are losers. Now you do not to be a loser do you?
