- Drink 640ml water first thing in the morning. Do not eat or drink nothing after that for 45 min. The first thing we should do as humans when we get out of bed in the morning is to empty our body from yesterday’s food intake. In simple words it is called to shit! If you don’t shit first thing in the morning and you have breakfast, and coffee, and then mid morning tea and so on and you shit just once in the evening then you are leaving a lot of toxins inside your system and that could lead to a lot of diseases such as diabetes. So if you already have diabetes why contribute to it? Drink water until the stage where you must go to the toilet and then wait 45 minutes before you eat breakfast.
- Eat raw food. When you cook your veggies they lose quite a lot of their nutrients, thus it’s best to eat them raw. If you eat a minimum of 51% raw food every day you should loose or not see any signs of any chronic disease
- No alcohol. Why would you? Of course I drink from time to time as I don’t believe in doing anything religiously but don’t get on the piss every weekend please
- No deep fried food. Yes I love my chips, and I do indulge in it here and there but never in large quantities. Being healthy is all about eating right
