Here’s Where to Get Your Six Pack Abs

You cannot buy them in the liqueur store, you also cannot create them. So how the heck do you get six pack abs? In a book I read lately the author talks about the need to do abs exercises in order to develop abs, it is mentioned that only about 5 minutes of your daily exercise routine should comprise of abs exercises.

Below are some steps that will help you understand the physique behind ripped abs.

  1. YOU ALREADY HAVE SIX PACK ABS! That is right. We all do. All you need to do is remove the fat that covers your six pack abs and they will pop out.
  2. Six Pack Abs, is just a nick name for a paired muscle called Rectus Abdominis that runs along the front of your ribs, those muscles are connected into the cartilages of the fifth, sixth, and seventh ribs, and they are usually covered by belly fat. We all have muscles, otherwise we will not be able to function properly and do simple movements like walking, sitting, standing etc…
  3. Try doing some sit ups. if you can do some sit ups, even just 1 or 2 sit ups, well, then you have got a nice set of six pack abs, and if you cannot see them it means they are hiding behind a layer of fat and you will need to consume less calories every day in combination with exercising.
  4. 70-80% of the process of losing fat is the food you eat. If you consume junk food all the time, you can work 24/7 in the gym and see NO results, ever. A half hour to an hour of a jog on a treadmill will burn 100-150 calories, yet one slice of family pizza has 200 calories in it, there is your workout goes down the drain.
  5. By applying the correct cardio exercises and eating the right diet you can lose weight and expose your six pack abs within weeks! That is right, there is actually a specific method to do this – it will not happen over night and it will not happen if you just do what ever exercises you want. You do need to actually know what the heck you are doing.

OK, I am not saying there is an instant method to lose weight and get a six pack abs, but I do say that if you recognize the right way to lose weight you will actually achieve that desired body you always wanted, you will get a six pack abs, that is right, simply because you removed the excess fat that covers them.There is actually a very cool program that will show you step by step what to do in order to lose weight and tone up, I found it on the net a few months back and applied the methods recommended in there.
