Losing Weight can Benefit you in The Bedroom

When exercising you want to shave off fat and calorie and get a six pack abs. That is fine as we all want to be healthy and fit and look good. Problem is that like everything else you have to know what you are doing. Doing just abs exercises like sit-ups for example all day long does not actually bring results although you may feel your abs working.

We All Have A Set of Six pack Abs

So all we need to do is shave off the fat that cover them and here they are. The secret is to do exercises that will burn the fat that covers your muscles in your abdomen. Exercises based on burst of exertion like sprints, squats, lunges, weights workout etc are all just that and are the best exercises to burn fat and calorie, build muscle and reveal your six pack abs.

Now – I am not saying to completely avoid any six pack abs exercises as they are important, what I am saying is to spend only 5 minutes on them when you exercise. Mike Geary in his book “Truth about Six Pack Abs” talks about this in length. He explains why abs exercises do not give you the abs you want, and he says exactly what I just mentioned above – get rid of the fat that covers your abs and they will show.

I bought Mike’s book last year and I enjoy his exercises and nutrition advice as it give me the results I want. I used to go to the gym a lot and pump away endless amount of abs exercises but no more. I now do all my exercises at home, using some dumbbells – a stability ball and my exercise mat. Just these three pieces of equipment made me a home gym. There are endless exercises you can do using just some dumbbells, squats, lunges, renegade rowing are just three exercises that are easy to do and can be done in your bedroom, or home office, you really do not need to go to a gym for that. Then there is the stability ball that incorporates within a ton of exercises that will burn a ton of fat and calorie.

The other side of exercise is nutrition, Geary talks in his book about nutrition as being 90% of your fat loss efforts, nutrition alone, without any exercising, can burn fat and calorie.
